Hello there beautiful people! How is everyone? Amazingly, I’m feeling great today. I have no idea why, considering I got a healthy 3.5 hours of sleep last night. I wasn’t even studying the whole time! I’m addicted to my Google Reader and feel as though I need to check it constantly. Must break the addiction! At least until this play is over 🙂

Thank you all for your kind words of encouragement throughout this week. I believe all the positive thinking being put out into the universe is helping, furreal. I currently have two post-its stuck to the painting behind my desk that say “What would you do if you knew you could not fail?” and “You are unlimited.” It’s imperative to keep that in mind throughout this week.

Anyway, play rehearsal last night was one of the best yet. There are still a few shaky parts, but we’ll get it together in time (yep, still walking around campus with my script). Before I left for rehearsal I had a few roasted salted almonds to tide me over until 8:30, when I’d get home. And I was naughty and had a coke zero (love) during rehearsal. By the time my prince charming drove me home, I was ready for real food!

I threw some sweet potatoes in the oven, and ate this while they were baking:

new bag of frozen veg!

new bag of frozen veg!

I like to eat most vegetables cold, so with frozen veggies I put them in a bowl, pour hot water over them, let them sit for a minute and then drain them. I adore this new mix! It had bamboo shoots (new to me), mushrooms, baby corn, edamame, water chestnuts, carrots and peapods. I added spices and balsamic- going for soy next time.

That was good, but then I NEEDED to try the new Kashi TLC Toasted Asiago crackers:

The crackers themselves are to die for. They are slighty asiago-ey, slightly garlic-y with a perfect crunch. They also leave a scrumptious cheese powder on your fingers. Don’t mind that one bit. These will be hard to keep around for long. After finishing the hummus, I pulled these beauts out of the oven:

gahh! Can you tell when your sweet Ps are ready just by how they smell? That's what I go by.

All plated up, ready to be moaned over:

Every time I eat a sweet potato I am amazed. They are perfect. One would think that would be enough to satisfy me, but no. This girl needed mo’ sugahh:

Had this times two. Two cookies, two cups o' tea (Stash Decaf Vanilla Chai)

I was finally satisfied after that, and thus finally ready to start studying. I’m still feeling really iffy about this material, but I’m going to just trust myself and go with it. MisterMan interrupted my studying for a bit (I loved the visit though, of course I didn’t want to study!), then when he left you can bet I was hungry again. At 1 a.m. I had a couple mugs of Cinnamon Crunch cereal. Oh that is happiness right there.

I went to sleep at 3:45, got up at 7:15, made the breakfast below and headed to the gym. I know the working out on such little sleep probably isn’t the best, but my mood  was instantly lifted afterward! I had this deeelish breakfast sammie, half before, half after the workout:

Thomas' whole wheat english muffin, half naner, Dark Chocolate Dreams, Mighty Maple

I’m thankful that everything I’ve eaten in the past 24 hours has been freakin’ fabulous. That also helps keep the spirits high 🙂

I got up as early as I did so I could schedule my classes at 9:30. It is impossible to get into journalism classes before they fill up, but I got one of the ones I want (so far)! I still have to meet up with the professor for the other one. I’ll reveal my killer schedule later! Here’s what’s on deck today:
11:30-12:30 Study!!
12:30-1 Meet up with other journalism prof
1-3 English
3-5 VICO exam that I’m prepared for (ha!)
5-9 Eat, catch up on some blogs, brain storm for paper
9-11 Play rehearsal
11-? Read (should do), catch up on blogs (will be doing instead)

I’m sorry that I won’t be able to keep up with everyone’s blogs as much as I’d like, but I swear by the end of this month I’ll be commenting so much you’ll be sick of me! Again, thank you all for the support and the continued reading of my woe-is-me week! MUCH LOVE!

Ciao for now,
